From spreadsheets to a single source of truth
The dispatch team was tracking every shipment across three spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group. Nothing was wrong with any individual file — the problem was that no two people ever saw the same version, and customers were being told different things depending on who picked up the phone.
We built one platform that owns the shipment record end to end: drivers update status from a mobile view, customers get automatic notifications, and operations sees everything live on one dashboard. An API sits underneath so the client's accounting system reconciles automatically instead of by hand at month end.
It ships on containerised infrastructure with automated deployments, so the client's own developers can now release changes themselves without calling us.
