Infrastructure that gets out of the way
Most teams don't have a DevOps problem so much as a confidence problem: nobody's quite sure what will happen when they deploy on a Friday. We fix that by making the path from a developer's laptop to production boring, repeatable and observable — every step automated, every change reversible, every failure visible before a customer notices.
We work with what you already have. If you're on a single VPS with manual FTP deploys, we'll get you onto a proper pipeline without a big-bang rewrite. If you're already on Kubernetes but nobody knows why the cluster costs what it does, we'll audit it, right-size it and document it.
What's included
- CI/CD pipelines — GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins, with automated tests, staged rollouts and one-click rollback.
- Containerisation & orchestration — Docker images, Kubernetes or ECS, autoscaling and sane resource limits.
- Infrastructure as code — Terraform and Ansible, so your environments are reproducible instead of hand-assembled.
- Cloud architecture — AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean or Hetzner, chosen on cost and fit rather than habit.
- Monitoring & alerting — Prometheus, Grafana and uptime checks, with alerts that mean something and don't cry wolf.
- Backups & disaster recovery — automated, off-site, and actually restore-tested on a schedule.
- Security hardening — least-privilege IAM, managed secrets, firewall and SSH policy, TLS, and a regular patching cadence.
- Cost optimisation — right-sizing, reserved capacity and cleaning up the resources nobody remembers provisioning.
How we work
We start with a short audit — a week or so — that produces a written picture of your current infrastructure, the risks in it, and a prioritised plan. You own that document whether or not you carry on with us. From there we work in short cycles, shipping one improvement at a time so you can see progress rather than waiting months for a big reveal.
Every environment we build is handed over documented, with credentials in your own accounts and runbooks your team can follow. Ongoing management is a monthly retainer if you want it, and entirely optional if you'd rather run it yourselves once it's stable.
